Goal: To learn appropriate exercises through movement . Upper body, Lower body and full body workout development program
Session 9: Relapse Prevention
Goal: To develop positive strategies to continue eating healthy
Session 10: Review of Entire Program
Goal: To conduct a complete review of the entire program and to reiterate any issues necessary
