In my practice I first conduct an extensive intake about the person’s eating behaviors, exercise regime, emotional triggers causing negative eating habits and level of motivation.
Appropriate achievable goals are then set.
Next I teach Self-Hypnosis followed by a series of four clinical hypnotherapy sessions.

You have to just start slowly and do a little at a time and then eventually your fitness levels will improve and you will notice that you can work out for longer. Why don’t you try working out via the internet at http://www.aerobicsavenue.com you can do workout classes or DVDs via the internet and that way you can increase your fitness levels in the privacy of your home instead of having to embarrass yourself in public.

While it may be correct to write that you will lose fat with out dieting. This is just a point of semantics. What ever you name it you have to change the way you eat in order to get rid of unwanted lbs..
